The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal service process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take around 12-20 days to reach customers within the United States and 30-45 days to rest of world.
RETURNS POLICY
Please allow between 12-20 days for your order to arrive within United States and 30-45 days to rest of world. If more than 20 days have passed for order shipped in United States and 45 days have been passed for order shipped to rest of world, please contact us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is also responsible for covering any shipping charges to return items.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
